You can, however, easily share individual items from a feed or tag a feed or number of feeds with the same tag, then share that tag. So "private" Facebook feeds can be exposed."

Writing something here as it wasn't tagged when a reader submitted it.
Feedburner and Bloglines have worked extremely hard to ensure privacy of your communication within Facebook.
Unfortunately Google and their recently acquired Feedburner service don't support or even override inbuilt controls to prevent your data or content being shared.
