Dumping chemicals into the air over cities. Why? Is this a slow method of numbing a population into submission (a tactic of the NWO)?

See the list of the 53 Questions - invasive. What is coming is far worse than this. This is conditioning in the name of stopping terrorism. We are approaching the tribulation. When they push the implantable microchip, much of this information could be captured automatically for everyone. Think about it, all someone would do is go by a reader and a log entry could be made. They would know who you are, who you are with, place, time, purchases etc. Christ said the tribulation would be the worst period in history. We must work to reverse these trends.
