Thank you for your support SU friends, and Bente for the discovery. I walk to remain mobile. Walking the beach is an excellent exercise for tender joints since the soft sand cushions our feet. Not everyone lives near a beach,so we must find our special place ...a "beach" can mean a warm pool, dance class or anything we enjoy that keeps us moving. ;-) Bente, I love Oregon's beaches, what a breathtaking photo. Next time you visit USA....come see me in NC. I will leave the light on for you....
