3UK has launched 3 Free Agents, a programme that asks consumers to give free 3 PAYG SIMs to their friends and colleagues alike, with a cash incentive of Ã,£5 paid into a paypal account when a friend uses their SIM in a 3G handset and tops-up. The new SIM card holder also receives Ã,£2 extra credit.
