I am interested in increasing traffic to my blog and related sites, would anyone be interested in stumbling my pages in return for me stumbling your pages? This will increase traffic to both sites thus helping each other out. Let me know if anyone is interested.
Just started my site a few months ago...Google has indexed all my pages, but I still don't have any page rank as of yet. Also, mine is a conservative news site (easy...doesn't mean I'm a conservative) - would you be willing to link to a site on the right side of the political spectrum?
Why you'd not just find do-follow blog of the same thematics, like yours and not post there some good comment? And, if you are GURU in your area and/or have very useful content on your site - people will begin visit you automatically, because they will know - they'll get help on your site/blog.
I really don't know what the search engines think about that kind of link exchange, so, sorry not for me.

If you post 1-3 articles to your blog a day, within 27 - 35 days most if not all your URLs will be index. This will work if your site is a niche blog.
If it's a website...
Post 1 article a day to article directories. Use your websites main keyword in all your articles. ezinearticle.com is a good place to start. After 20 also days you should see changes.
Plus, you may want to looking into submitting your main URL to web diectories. And post some videos to Youtube.com if you know how :)
Well guys i think traffic exchange provides traffic only not the customer for the business.
The ultimate goal of every one to earn money from the visitors viewing website and this will not happen through traffic exchange. only if the traffic is from targeted niche then only you can have some benefit of it otherwise its really of no use.
So my advice is to do some regular SEO for your site and get high rank in search engines that will give you great result.
guys my suggestion inorder to get more traffic to you website is,
write articles and submit them to article directories and get backlinks from the social network like delicious,digg,stumbleupon etc
2vidmanapas: as far as I know, SU does not dofollow social network.
You'll get traffic from here only if you have really nice and needed content. Many people using SU only for finding good ideas for their own business.
Just try to find dofollow social network and to be as much active, as possible, so people will follow you.
Another fine thing is a Yahoo answers. Just by giving a right kind of answer you can get a client (not only visitor) from there.
