An English professor wrote these words
I have heard of this one before. It followed a similar example on a will written to be split between Person 1 Person 2 and Person 3. Person 3 argued that it was 50/50 meaning 1&2 got 50 and person 3 getting 50. I think person 3 won the awarded amount for lack of a comma.
