Great list of plants that absorb chemicals found in the air inside homes. Most of them are unsafe for pets (or people) to chew on, except for the spider plant. However this is probably because of how effective the plants are at removing toxins from the air.

Not foreclosures but "Feral Houses" which are houses left to nature. Nature takes over and reclaims the grounds, destroys the house, see picture below. This one has probably been left 5 years or more. See other photos at the link.
