Chinese chef forms noodles by hand - Pretty damn amazing
This is incredible! It's one of the bonus features on the Kung Fu Panda DVD, with Alton Brown presenting Danny Yip, chef from Mr. Chow, making noodles without the aid of a machine or rollers. Instead, he's made them by hand. It's great!
