Sometimes I think the authorities have so little to do in certain places that they feel the need to do... SOMETHING. Like arrest a scruffy hippie guy. So it looks like they're important. (The Quebec school board operates on that notion. I hate them :( )

Sad, true and so unnecessary. The truism expounded in this MLK Jr. quote is compound by the fact that many people who have every opportunity to inform themselves seem to prefer to remain willfully ignorant. No wonder the clown appears to be utterly dejected.
