I took an introduction philosophy course last year and we talked about half of these in extreme detail. I find it absolutely fascinating to think about all of these, especially just to think about my conscious being the only thing that I can confirm is real, that I could just be a brain in a vat. And thinking about that, and being open to the fact that that just might be possible I then have to decide wether or not I like that. I, for one, don't care wether or not I am a brain in a vat or that my conscious is the only real thing. Because either way, I am experiencing some sort of reality, even if it may just be in my conscious. It is the experience of living that defines living.
