I'm giving this a fail, for the following reasons:
it's bare-bones basics, for those who don't do anything at all. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone who's looking for long term health or permanent fat loss. It misses the diet component almost entirely.
The exercise selection is not bad actually, but there's no weight bearing activity other than body weight. meh.
The diet part is missing a key ingredient for fat loss and muscle building: PROTEIN. There's very little of it in here. Only twice a day. I get better results with clients with protein added to every meal.
