I've recently fall in love for avocado. My gf tried to force me to eat it for good 3 years but now it's a part of my diet.
As with anything in life, moderation and balance are essential. Almost all foods can be harmful if ingested in large amounts...even water! So this list gave me several more foods to research more in depth as I look to expand my super foods list and work into my own diet. Within the last 3 months I have embarked on the path of vegetarians and have drastically reduced my meat intake. And so far I feel great and am not missing red meats at all. Thank you for the nice article!

This article is fine but it discriminates too much against fat. Fat has feelings too you know - and it is important for fat soluble vitamins (A and D). Contemporary Western culture has a perverse distaste for anything fat. I think it comes from our puritan anti-pleasure historical influences.

you need to be aware of the wholeness of what you put into you.. go live with a cow for a day or two.. or longer..
compare your gut with and without beef (slowly breaking down in you, sucking your energy as the corpse is rotting).. feel the emotional content and vibration of the energy that you are eating. words are a shallow layer of paint on top of the truth of existence.
