The Site speaks about Karma Yoga and gives views of 20th century preachers as well as Mahatma Gandhi as well as practical views taken suggested by them but lacks in giving the views from ancient texts i.e. 1 AD to 1000 AD. If the ancient views studied properly on yoga which is normally not done by the present teachers of yoga, one will definitely find many good examples as well as new definitions which are quite different from the last century preachers. Actually Karma, Jnana and Bhakti are interlinked and cannot be separated from each other. Right from the Vedas up to Tantra one finds one stream of yoga deviating paths are only Patanjala (Yoga sutras), Samkhyakarika (Ishavara Krishna's), certain Buddhistic schools and Medieval view which is only concentrated upon Hatha Yoga as well as Bhakti Yoga that too Krishna Leela (Rasa Leela).

This site is obviously NOT true to the Vedic sampradaya or tradition. Anytime one finds 'tantra' and immediately what is discussed is sexuality, the source is false. Because of the left hand column, there's nothing else here that I would trust. True seekers, beware.
