Sorry but this is crap.
This tool is telling me that I need to lose weight with a BMI of 27.7. It doesn't take into account body fat percentage, which is probably under 15%.
Not to mention the fact that I'm against most sorts of "calculators" for peoples health. It seems that the "dietitian" is trying to make things seem complicated to justify the fact of having a job and holding a title as an "expert" of some sort.
