This is a step in the right direction, but still not viable for the average person to use. Let's get real people and do it right. Electricity plus water equals electrolysis. Simple process simple results. You don't need to be able to store great volume. just convert. I cooked up a new way to do it with an inverter on my car. The lower voltage electricity of a twelve volt stepped up to a one twenty makes much more hydrogen. Injected into your fuel injection system with a single nipple on the intake.

you have no conceptual idea of engineering.
reads like a good school project. But it could be useful to run future fusion reactors
all are based on nature work efficiency
get a lab on there and some scientist to study the area where it would be anchored
Yup. that would be a totally free way to make hydrogen.
However, it wouldn't be too practical for use in a car because it's extremely explosive.
One spark and your really gone.. much more flammable than gas.
And it takes more electricity to produce the hydrogen, then what you'd get back.
definitly a good idea
Great idea for alternative energy.
I like the idea. But is it still in the drawing board. I am sure that if this could be commercially available & economic every body will embrace it.
I wander what will happen to this vessel during a storm
Absolute twaddle and a good indicator of all that is wrong with some of the So Called Greenies of today
Once millions of those things are out on the ocean electrolyzing H2O into H and O2, I hope that the burning of hydrogen results in the synthesis of water or we may have a problem...
Well I just stumbled in and the page wouldn't even load!
love to keep abreast of new developments - seems like there are lot of these to Stumble lately...
