Where there is liquid, there are leaks eventually. It may be a better idea to add additional fans and redesign the computer case for max airflow. If necessary, an open frame could be used much like in large industrial electric motors. If an 8 ft. tall 880V electric motor can be cooled with air, there should be a way to air cool a desktop computer effectively.
