This sounds unhealthy. There is no guarantee the pounds lost are fat and not muscle. You may lose a lot of weight but still be unhealthy. :/

Interesting calculations...I wonder if there is anyone who has tried this? In a nutshell, the enter in your weight,etc and it breaks down how many calories you should eat to get to your end result. I'm skeptical but it sounds interesting...

Useful way to look at calorie break-down, depending on how many meals you'd like to eat per day (I'd recommend 6 small ones...prevents you from getting too hungry during the day)
