About two thirds of this article is crap. She's not being jailed for demanding access to education. She's being charged for breaking the law to get her child into a better school. Her child was already being given an education. While well-intentioned, it's still breaking the law, and if there wasn't a punishment for it then there'd be no point to having the law.
