I'm trying to decide whether this is telling me something I already know, but doing it in a very cutesy way, or whether it is actually quite innovative. I use a lot of pictures in my problem solving, so perhaps this is an intuitive way for me to work, and I'm not sure whether it would work for those who are not so visually inclined. I would love to know more about how this organisation works with groups to see how they facilitate the process of developing visual models of complex situations. Anyway, I love the graphics, they immediately grabbed my attention - perhaps this is what advertisers should do to get me buying?!!
