I would choose Belize, since I lived there when I was 18. The people are friendly and the pace laid back. Very nice country.

I almost thumbed this up for how hard it made me laugh. MOVE TO THIS COUNTRY, THE BEER IS CHEAP, LOOK AT THIS AWESOME BEACH SCENE...please ignore all the commenters from these countries in the comments talking about how completely inaccurate most of my claims are.
