Well, to be fair, being Chinese doesn't make it automatically bad. The states cannot arbitrarily sell their land to foreign countries, so they should still have to abide by minimum wage and safety laws, etc. We already have foreign owned manufacturers here in the US. What's one more. Especially if it can provide badly needed employment. I doubt they will transport and pay the fees for 10's of thousands of people to come here from China. But, I could be wrong.
...if this is real. that is kind of in the middle of nowhere. I don't think many shipping lanes run through there. That means money it's more expensive to transport the raw materials and export the finished goods from the factory. They might have a little trouble competing on price if that's the case.
