I LOVE yoga, I used to do it when I was younger and I am going to have to start doing yoga again. My only problem is that my legs go to sleep when I sit in the first position for very long, as I have lost flexibility in my ankles, etc. Does anyone know of a remedy for the "pins and needles" in my legs please?

yes this is absolutely right, everyday i try them, i'm working on Ashtanga Vinyasa nowadays. if you wanna fight with anxiety and depression , it's more effective than antidepressants.
