It seems like a good idea to recycle these ink cartridges this way, but let's back it up a little bit.
How about if manufacturers produced ink cartridges that held more ink so we wouldn't have so many cartridges? I worked in a computer store for a while and was appalled at how many cartridges people would go through in a short time. So were they.
I recommended people buy laser printers instead. Way cheaper in the long run. Also, go to your local Costco or whatever and get your photos printed there instead of on your own printer. The quality is better and it will be cheaper.
We really need to focus more on the REDUCE part of the equation in reduce, reuse and recycle.
