This chart, with the only listed source being the "Joint Committee on Taxation" is bias. The particular committee who published this was the committee from August 2010. Just so everybody knows, a direct quote from the JCOT website points out "The Joint Committee is chaired on a rotating basis by the Chairman of the Senate Finance Committee and the Chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee. ", and at the time of this publication, Senator Max Baucus was the Chairman of the Senate Finance Committee and Sander M. Levin was the Chairman of the House Ways and Means Committee. Both DEMOCRATS.

Biased, perhaps. But does that affect the validity of the raw data?
I'm actually wondering as it may just be a misdirection (however valid the bias claim may be).
