The hyper-specified list of nutrients and effects make me wonder. What about the potential toxicities of these nutrients? People might take this information the wrong way and shovel iron, copper, and potassium to treat depression. It's a quaint way to think about it, but I'd trust it better if I could see some double-blind studies that affirm these claims.
