I think it's the kind of list that no one can not fit into. Sort of like astrology, y'know. They tell you a bunch of things, maybe one or two turn out true and you count yourself among the believers.
Almost had me up to the ' Difficulty in getting to sleep or sleeping through the night/Sleeping more than usual / maybe 12 to 14 hours a day' so presumably each 'correct' path has a narrow and arbitrary acceptance range.

This is an overly pessimistic view on human behaviour: I've done most of the listed items, but it doesn't keep me from having friends and enjoying life. But it was interesting to read about, anyway.
