I love this web site. :~)
i never get tired while looking at this site
Congrats on Curiosity getting safely away. Hoping the landing is as smooth.
The last shuttle flight was remarkable.
Premature but Interesting.
On Wednesday evening, February 20th, the full Moon over the Americas will turn a delightful shade of red and possibly turquoise, too. It's a total lunar eclipse - the last one until Dec. 2010.
Some amazing and unexpected new stuff, even for an old moon hound like myself. I got to watch every Saturn V launched from the sand of Daytona Beach, even watching one through a homemade 6" reflecting telescope, in which I could read the "United States" on the side of the rocket. This site makes it very clear that returning to the moon is a lot more than "been there: done that." We need to go back, and soon.
All aboard the Plane (Rocket then) takes you to places that you have never been to, new frontiers.
Wow, NASA has headline news podcasting, even!
