After Copenhagen, why would countries (including the UK and USA, Congo and Papua New Guinea, Indonesia and Guyana) share control of a multi-billion-dollar anti-deforestation plan with a management consultancy linked to mining interests and failure? Could it be that their politicians value the money and old boys' network, which sustain only them, more than the environment that sustains us all?
