For seven years, I've put photos on Flickr as a way to track the progress of my garden and keep a record of plant names. But with its redesign, Flickr no longer serves this purpose for me because I am unable to see my own descriptions on my own photos on my own sets.
Thus, I have migrated all of my images to ipernity, thanks to a Greasemonkey script that, if not without glitches, was far less frustrating than trying to do anything right now in Flickr. In addition, in comparison to the "new" Flickr, ipernity is faster, more intuitive, and does provide a way for me to keep using my photos as a record of my garden.
In other words, I'm liking what I see so far.
