S is better than A+.
S is better than A+.
theres pressure from game makers on reviewers, one guy on gamespot got fired over giving a game a bad review (?)... but i also blame hype 9 times out of 10.. i.e. any halo game
I hate when people give a game or movie any more that 9 out of 10. I personally would give GoW around 7 out of 10, but no game is perfect.
SDF is crazy, but this is crazier.
"This game sucked ass, but I like my ass sucked. A+"
The game does have those issues but if you played it it's still worth an A+. An A+ does not mean the game has no issues, it means that it's one of the best games of the year. And it is.
Check the URL. It's the Sony defense force. In case you didn't know, the Sony Defense Force was a website supposedly started by some Sony super fans who loves the PS3 so much that they felt the need to start a propaganda website. It was later found out that the owner of the SDF website also owns the Wii60.com which is another propaganda website for the Wii and the Xbox360.
I don't trust either of those sites or the obnoxious amount of viral advertising they do.
CrazedChimp, do you realize that saying "a score of 10 or A+ does NOT mean the game is perfect," shows your idiocy? It means that the game is very close to perfection and very fun to play; if you spend half the review bashing a game, and half defending it, it should get a B.
I was like "WTF??!!", but then I noticed it was sonydefanboyforce.com.
Games, like many types of art are often more than the sums of their parts. The reviewer understands this: the nut with the highlighter does not.
there's more to the review, you know, the part where he defends it.
but whatever, if you want to just take the parts that fit your narrowminded view, and ignore the others you do that, and anyone who knows how to do research for themselves will know how wrong you were, and therefore, how ignorant you are.
Although I think the reviewer shouldn't have given the game an A+, (I think an A would be appropriate), it's kind of lame the person who made this cut out the other half of the review in which the reviewer defends his scoring. http://www.1up.com/do/reviewPage?cId=3154958&p=4&sec=REVIEWS Also, a score of 10 or A+ does NOT mean the game is perfect. Pretty much every review site says that.
