Alignment as presented in 1st, 2nd, and 3rd edition presents probably the biggest evidence that morality is subjective, which is also the reason alignment was all but removed in 4th; no two people agree 100% on what the alignments really mean. Batman's a great example. The only alignment that hasn't been ascribed to him at some point is chaotic evil. That's the only one. Every other alignment has arguments, talking points, and evidence from the comics, shows, and movies that Batman is [whatever].
