What a pretentious site
What a pretentious site
ooow al thes goodies, I'm so gonna shop here
buying a (truly) a vegan wallet is hard!
I cannot resist the goodies here.
kinda hip & trendy & clever. I'm an omnivore, and even I can agree with a lot of the sentiments on the designs (think: factory farms are evil).
idea: if you want to help the environment, how about not printing magazines and books about a guy and his bicycle?
Delicious recipes for Vegetarians,ck on T-Shirts.
How is veganism environmentalism? Even if we stopped feeding less cows grain in response to less meat production, we'd still retain gross production crop fields that depletes precious soil--many within prairies. Also, crop production doesn't just touch on possible cheap labor, it also uses massive amounts of oil to maintain, protect (petroleum pesticides) and harvest those crops. Not only that, but in response to the depletion of nutrients in the soil, fertilizer is also needed--which perpetuates grain harvesting. So unless the maker of the shirt has in parentheses "only if every bit of crop is plowed on virgin land, not treated with chemical pesticides, maintained, and picked by hand by well-payed employees", I would say that is a flat out lie to make vegans feel like heroes for not eating meat. Just because you take one cause, doesn't mean you automatically adopt the other.
sweat shop free and everything vegan.
Hipster wear for vegetarians.
Cool vege clothes.
My life is not complete until I get another copy of vegan cupcakes take over the world (movers lost my copy), and an "birds are for flying not frying" shirt.
love the designs, very clever and cute. I don't know why wearing anything like this stuff would piss of omnivores, as it's a more subtle statement than the one sent to the (minority) vegan community with the high prevelance of meat products everywhere. Respect is all you need to give to get.
im ok with vegetarianism. however I want to point out, because I find it annoying when people do this, there still omnivours, i.e, they still have the means to eat meat, they just make a consious decision not to. its almost as annoying as some vegetarians calling non-vegetarians carnivours as an insult (or, if they're stupid like an old 'friend' of mine, cannibals). Ok. Rant over. As you were.
Veggiewear. But, to agree with littlewhite -- might as well, make my own... (But I do like the site, anyway...)
I Found this site thanks to ali74.
