You dont get thrown in jail for being an anarchist. You get thrown in jail for refusing to tell the truth about what you know pertaining to some other illegal act when you are yourself possibly culpable for it.
So...where's the real truth here? Think about it...if you are, lets say, into wearing people's skins a'la Buffalo Bill then more than likely the only way someone would know this about you was to find it out or be told. To which the next logical step would be the breaking down of your door. Naturally.
In some random anarchist's case, how can you assume they just knew you were one when they broke down your door? You can't assume it because obviously SOMETHING was done to get the door broken down in the first place. And saying "its about my beliefs man!" can only be true when you express them publicly (which you are darn well allowed to) and aren't breaking laws to do so...
