Fascinating little low impact cottages, and cook shacks...
Pirated from impediment's blog..
some of this is kind of...
...i dunno extreme
Fantastic.....I love the whole idea of these small homes....almost expect a hobbit or fairy to come by. Thanks for the post.
Rad houses! Simple and old-fashioned. Would love to live in most any of those.
Special one of a kind of hobbits houses. Wonderful unity with nature that is...!
I love this.. It's a house for a hobbit, which would suit me just fine.. It's everything I would love to do with my life.. if only I were brave enough! The inside is amazing and I can just imagine sitting looking up at the spiderweb like roof.. I hate being ccccold for long periods of time, so it would need to have at least one warm room to relax in.. But that aside I bow to you sir and your wonderful home.. can I come visit? Love the straw roofs, the windows, and the fact it's all locally sourced, it may not be 100% green and efficient, but it sure as hell looks great and you deserve the credit...
In harmony with natur!
Look like fun places..
fabulous low impact homes...love being environmentally friendly in all you do...check these out :)
I can't stop looking at those pictures! Excellent!
a lot of pretty handmade houses, some tiny loghouses with six sides, incredibly labour-intensive and inefficient, very hard to keep out cold draft in winter, and green roofs are really not that green either, tho; it looks funky..
i llike the straw roofs in nice round cones, that;s locally sourced, but combustible...one nice southfacing passive solar at the very bottom
Neat, although I suspect they come with Patchouli air fresheners. : )
