Maybe the code you crack ends up saving the life of that marine who comes home to his family without injury, begins a small business where he fixes and sells motorcycles, putting his two daughters through school where they live in a safer world that allows them to focus on other things like curing 82% of pancreatic cancers, which his younger daughter does, which leads to her saving her father's life when he goes to the VA for that very same cancer. She gets a Nobel Prize.
