Seems like a good starting list for many applications, would have been nice if they'd organized it into freeware and shareware sections so that we'd know what was what. And why were some of the programs listed without links?

neat site with trusted software. though, I don't know if I can vouch for The Cleaner anymore....they used to be near the top in the Win98 days :P But I think the new kid(s) on the block are Avast, Kaspersky, and ClamWin (part of ClamAV).
