Birthdays are a big occasion in our family and it really goes up a notch when it’s the little one’s birthday. This year he turns 10 and the whole family is going to be there along with his classmates! It’s a big day and we had planned a massive feast for the people. My mom and I got into the act of cooking and planning delicious food and games. My wife is the master manager. She set up the plans for decorations, invited the guests and planned the event right up to the return gifts. My little boy was unaware of all the work that was happening in the background. He was expecting the usual birthday feast with the family but didn’t know that his friends were also being called and that he would be having a blast with his buddies from school. Preparing for a huge birthday party meant that there would be a lot of preparations. I remembered planning my wedding and the huge success of plastic wedding plates. Plastic Wedding Disheswere a life saver when it came to managing waste and hygiene of utensils. After managing to figure that part out we still had so many remaining plastic utensils that lasted us many years after our wedding. This time around, we decided to use clear plastic plate as a standard dish. The dinnerware plastic was easy to use and disposable. It was from recyclable material and this in a way helped us ensure that we didn’t pollute the environment. We once even considered using bamboo plates but without much success. They tend to hurt little kids and slivers of bamboo always got into the food. We liked clear plates better for this very reason. We also looked up and bough a Masterpiece Plate, for the centre table. There were some strange black plastic plates too. There were awesome dinnerware square and bamboo plate and Plastic Wedding variants. We really loved the disposable dinnerware and paper dishes too. The day arrived and our little boy got all the wonderful gifts that we had planned for him. His face was shining as brightly as the sun. We were so glad to see him like that. The kids had a ball, playing with the clown and game host. It was probably the best birthday that he had in his life. The party that started at 4pm went on till 9pm! Nobody wanted to leave and that was for me the biggest sign of success. The party was a huge success and the kids had a massive blast. My son asked me the next day if everyone would come again for a party in the evening. I just smiled at his innocence and smiled. I can see my past in his eyes, the days of care free wandering and enjoyment. I was a little bit sad because he couldn’t have another party but I was glad that he liked this party. It would be a different time next year. At 11 he would be more mature and may be there won’t be that childish innocence in his eyes. I am glad for the 10th birthday of my son!
