Very awesome. Ever buy food and wonder a week later if it's still good to eat? This site gives you approximate timelines for hundreds of foods, as well as instructions on how to freeze it. What would really be nice would be a list of signs a food has gone off. For example, celery likely isn't at its peak when it's gone limp.
