This is actually very good, but when comments such as 'sleep is wasteful', are included it makes the whole thing and the author sound frivolous and takes away from the depth and authenticity of the tips. I would still recommend the them however even though 100 tips are a lot to absorb and practice at one time. It might be useful to separate them into a number of categories - physical, emotional, spiritual, mental, career, social, environmental - and determine with your friends or family those to be worked on in any given period...per day or per week.
