I love this! This is exactly what my trainer focused on to strengthen my core. It is simple but not easy at first. You feel the burn from the lower part of the stomach to almost your throat! :-)

These exercises are pretty hard to do at first, but as you get stronger and more accustomed to doing these, they really are great for your abs. Especially if you don't like doing the "old sit-ups" or crunches. Awesome!!
COREBLAST!!!!! Trendy workout names aside, I guess moving around in weird ways is better than crunches. Should emphasize that this is a supplement to a real workout though.
Technically pretty difficult to nail, but I can see them really burning once you get it right. Get a mat or something or you'll hurt your elbows
