Great concept, but... the link that is provided within the article to elaborate on negative calorie foods actually says that there is only ONE negative calorie food: cardboard.
Yeah. Maybe they should rethink that.

Thumbs up at least partly for the comments! Be sure to read all of them, folks. And no, don't take this as dietary advice. Another fun fact: there are foods (such as, I believe, trout) which contain so little FAT that eating them exclusively will cause wasting. So: all things in moderation (including moderation). :-)
food with 'neg calories ' and full of fiber... probably a better alternative diet than a diet of burgers and liquor, as the saying goes, you eat crap, you talk crap and you are crap too.
