Summer should be a fun and relaxing time when you can take a break to discover something new: Maybe a new dish, a place or a passion. Why not share your discoveries with friends while you’re having fun in the sun? Our revamped StumbleUpon iPad App suggests entertaining, informative and sometimes surprising content and information in a visually rich interface, and makes it easy to stumble and share. You might just get even more addicted…

Our revamped app has an appealing new interface designed just for the iPad, which makes it easier than ever to explore your interests as well as see what your friends and similar Stumblers have liked.  On the StumbleUpon iPad App, you can let your fingers do the talking: swipe to stumble and then comment on web pages as you discover them. The iPad app makes it really easy and fun to share your thoughts and ideas (we know you have them!) with other Stumblers.

And as always, you can share any great web page with friends easily using StumbleUpon, Facebook, Twitter or email.

Left: Start stumbling directly from the app's homepage by swiping the screen or tapping "Start Stumbling!" Right: See what others have liked and may have commented on as you stumble.

Want to see the iPad app in action? Watch a quick demo video.

The app is now available in the iTunes store so download the latest version to stumble whenever, wherever you are.

If you’ve been using the previous version of the iPad App we’ve made some significant technical updates, and your current app will not update to the new version automatically.  Please install this version from iTunes to continue the iPad stumbling magic.  It’ll only take a minute, and it’s worth it, we promise!

And making sure not to leave anyone out, we’re giving our iPhone and Android app Stumblers something special today. With our latest updates, you’ll be able to see who has liked a web page every time you stumble, which makes it easier to see what your friends and similar people have liked.  In the example here, I can see easily that my friend Joe liked this page. ———->

We’re always trying to make stumbling better, and we couldn’t be more excited about these updates.  As always, send us your  feedback and suggestions. Here’s to summer stumblin’!

Stumble in the sun,
