Your Audience Begins Exploring More Today: New StumbleUpon Launches

Tuesday, December 6th, 2011

At StumbleUpon, we believe that exploration and discovery are important because they make our lives on and off the Web richer and more fun. We’re always striving to make it easier to explore everything that’s out there. So starting today, we have rolled out a new version of StumbleUpon that makes it easier than ever to discover new and interesting things from across the Web.

StumbleUpon users are greeted with our new look, effective today.

Visit our StumbleUpon blog to learn more about the changes that StumbleUpon members will begin to experience today. Rest assured, all of your Paid Discovery campaigns will remain running without any change or interruption.

Paid Discovery Stumbles will still be identified with the term “Sponsored” in the toolbar, though it will be integrated into the new skin of the StumbleBar, as seen below.

The new, simplified StumbleBar continues to highlight Sponsored content.

Additionally, if you have installed Badges or Widgets on your site, effective tomorrow, you will see our new logo updated on your page. The dimensions of these in-page units will remain unchanged and they will automatically be updated.

While our StumbleUpon user site is in its beta period, we are diligently working to update Paid Discovery’s interface to match the overall user experience. 2011 has been an eventful year all around for both StumbleUpon and Paid Discovery and we thank you for being a part of the ride.

Stay tuned to our Paid Discovery blog for our updates as we continue to build deeper into the StumbleUpon experience. One thing that will not change, however, is our continuing effort to deliver your brand message to Stumblers as they are in the mindset of exploring the Internet for informative, entertaining and inspiring content.

Please feel free to reach out to us directly if you have any questions, as always by emailing advertisers@stumbleupon.com or tweeting @PaidDiscovery.
